‘This shoot combines 1960’s sci-fi horror with glam-bot chic, creating a truly out of this world feminine creature. It explores a retro-futurism fantasy, blending space horror and high glamour into a vision that is both eerie and mesmerzing- a horrifyingly chic entity. Drawing inspiration from a mix of classic media and real-life artistry, the concept merges influences from the iconic 1960’s TV series ‘Star Trek’ and the surreal aesthetics of Juno Birch. These references reflect the evolving nature of retro-futurism where past visions of the future take on new interpretations. This iteration embraces a ‘glam-bot' femme fatale’ aesthetic burring the lines between seduction, artificiality and intergalactic mystery.’
